- control: per-project approval policies (two-step or threshold-based, distinct approvers) with a vendor compliance gate before money moves on paper.
- budgets: dual budget views per project, penny-exact splits across cost-code sets — budget-vs-actual at a glance.
- draws: draft-to-final draw assembly with auto-joined approved invoices, safely reversible before finalization.
- exports: job-cost reports, invoice bundles numbered to match, and tracker workbooks — the package a lender expects.
how it's built
- self-hosted: runs in docker on hardware the firm controls; financial data never leaves it.
- test-driven: an 800-plus automated test suite, with money-handling paths written and reviewed at the strictest tier of the studio's process.
